April 4, 2023 - Electrozad acquired by Sonepar. 

Electrozad Supply Company Limited (“Electrozad”) announced that it has been acquired by Sonepar. Electrozad will strengthen Sonepar’s OEM/industrial business across southwestern Ontario. With over 100 associates across five branches, Electrozad has a well-established reputation that aligns well with the Sonepar corporation. 

Electrozad is the 2023 Winning Canadian Distributor for Acuity's EarthLIGHT Initiative and selects Ronald McDonald House of Canada as the donation recipient.

Designed to be an accelerated format, attendees flowed through breakout sessions; each centred on one of four topics: Software and Controls, Services, Power and Mechatronics, and Smart Components. Delivering the latest information on subjects that matter and impact operations, Automation Technology Update introduced the products, services, and solutions that must be on everyone's radar for 2023.

We would like to take this opportunity to formally announce that Chris Farrah,  Account Representative, has retired after almost 40 years of dedicated service with the company. 

For the fifth consecutive year, Electrozad has been recognized for overall business performance and sustained growth with the prestigious Canada’s Best Managed Companies designation. The company first won the Best Managed award in 2018 and became a Gold Standard winner last year.
